• Pool fencing and commercial fencing solutions

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes requested by the customer.

All quotes are subject to site inspection and may require adjustment if conditions differ from initial assessment.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require:

• A deposit upon contract signing to secure your project schedule
• Progress payments as outlined in your contract
• Final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects on time. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations, homeowner association rules, and property line requirements. We can provide guidance and documentation to assist with permit applications, but final approval is the customer's responsibility.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All installations come with our workmanship warranty, covering installation defects for one year from completion. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

Our warranty does not cover damage from severe weather, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.

Cancellation and Changes

You may cancel or modify your project by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may affect project timeline and cost.

Liability and Property Care

We take care to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping that is not marked or disclosed prior to work beginning. We carry liability insurance for your protection.
